Rates
All room rates are per night double occupancy includes continental breakfast or full breakfast at The Blueberry Muffin Restaurant on us, (check menu on breakfast at inn on our website) and afternoon tea/ snacks and drinks available. Additional guests in suites: $45 per night upon request. Rates are daily, per room for one or two persons. There is a two-night minimum from Memorial Day through November for any reservation which includes a Saturday night stay and for special weekends/events.

Deposits are required as follows:

  • 3 nights or less full payment including tax
  • 4 or more nights ¾ the total amount due
Cancellation / Refund Policy Refund of deposit will be made after cancellation occurring at least 14 days prior to the beginning of your reservation or with shorter notice will be at the discretion of the inn at 38 Oak Bluffs Circle Management.
A $50.00 cancellation/refund fee will be retained for all cancellations. When making advance guaranteed reservation, whether by check or credit card, please remember you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you.
Children over 16 are welcome / No pets are allowed
No-Smoking laws apply as with all other Plymouth public properties, The inn is a non-smoking B&B.
All smoking is prohibited on the property.

  • Rooms 3 choices available

    • Dream Suite has private bath with double shower and Jacuzzi overlooking ocean. Dream Suite is $ 350.00 a night minimum 2 night stay
    • Teddy Bear room $ 195.00 per night with shared full bath with Jacuzzi tub and glassed in shower. Rate is $ 225.00 when private bath is required.
    • Julian's room rates are $225.00(shared bath) $ 275.00 (with private bath) per night, Julian's room overlooks ocean.

Check in check out times: Check in is 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (we will accommodate late arrivals if notified in advance.)
We are open May 15 th through Dec. 15 th and from Oct. 15 th through Dec. 15 th . weekends only Friday's through Mondays.
We have specials for Thanksgiving ask us for information.
We will serve a special continental breakfast and then be our guest at a local restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner.
Later we will have special dessert served at the inn by the fire place. E-mail or call for holiday price details. Must book in advance no later than September 30th.
